Zoomifi - Smart Delivery Dates Data and Support FAQ

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This page summarizes how Zoomifi - Smart Delivery Dates handles app data, support, billing questions, and uninstall cleanup for Shopify merchants.

Where is the app hosted?

The app is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, primarily in AWS US East (N. Virginia), also known as us-east-1. Merchant configuration, encrypted Shopify access tokens, delivery-promise records, fulfillment observations, and operational logs are stored or processed there unless Shopify or a required infrastructure provider routes traffic differently for resiliency.

What Shopify data does the app use?

The app uses product and theme metadata so merchants can configure the storefront delivery-date block. It also uses order-created and fulfillment-updated webhook data to record delivery promises and measure fulfillment outcomes. The app does not store payment information, full addresses, phone numbers, customer IDs, cart line items, SKUs, prices, or quantities.

How long is order and fulfillment data kept?

Order and fulfillment records used for delivery-promise analytics are kept for no more than 180 days. The production app runs a scheduled cleanup job that purges records older than that cap.

What happens when I uninstall?

The app/uninstalled webhook deletes the store record, configuration, delivery-promise records, fulfillment observations, and cached access token for that store. Shopify privacy webhooks provide an additional cleanup backstop for shop and customer data requests.

How do I get support?

Email [email protected] with your store domain and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Support requests are used only for troubleshooting, billing, account, and app-operation purposes.
